At Befitezy, we strive to provide the best yoga and fitness coaching experience. Please read our Refund & Cancellation Policy carefully before enrolling in any of our programs or services.

1. Cancellation Policy

• You may cancel your enrollment or session by informing us at least 24 hours in advance.

• Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the session may not be accepted.

• Missed sessions without prior notice will be considered non-cancellable.

2. Refund Policy

• All payments made for programs, classes, or coaching sessions are non-refundable.

• Refunds may be considered only in exceptional cases (such as medical emergencies), at our sole discretion.

• If approved, refunds will be processed within 7–10 business days.

3. Rescheduling Policy

• You may request to reschedule a session at least 24 hours in advance.

• Rescheduling is subject to availability.

• Last-minute rescheduling requests may not be accommodated.

4. Package Validity

• Any purchased package or plan must be used within the specified validity period.

• Unused sessions after expiry will not be refunded or extended.

5. Service Changes

• Befitezy reserves the right to reschedule, modify, or cancel sessions due to unavoidable circumstances.

• In such cases, an alternative session or rescheduling option will be provided.
